How I Make Worklife Easier
Have you ever wonder about all the time you spend working and how you spend it effectively? Most people clock in at 9am and go out at 5pm (if you don't have OT, you're lucky), go home by commuting or by car, deal with the traffic, take your dinner, go online, watch Television or catch some movies, got to bed and wake up and do it ALL OVER AGAIN.
Analyzing that routine, we spent most of our time working. But hey, it can't be that stressful, right?
We can make worklife enjoyable as possible. How? Here are some tips to make it easier:
ORGANIZE YOUR WORKSPACE
You may think that organizing your work area can be time consuming, but if you just only knew how much time you waste with that disorganization, you'd reconsider. Simple things such as making a good labels and put it on your folders and desktop, clearing off your desk and putting back those essential for daily use, making storage boxes out of used cartons and many more. You can spend your time being productive rather than spending it looking for things.
LEARN HOW TO MULTITASK
Learning how to multitask efficiently can help reduce workday stress, increase your productivity and enjoy being at work. If you're having a hard time on it, you may practice it by doing few task to start with and gradually work up to more difficult task. You MUST know which task requires undivided attention. Make a notepad, sticky notes or whatever tool to help you multitask. Most importantly, take a much needed brain break if needed. ♥

BUILD GOOD RELATIONSHIP WITH YOUR CO-WORKERS
Let's be honest, one of the reason most people stay in a company is because of their colleagues. Good working relationship makes worklife enjoyable. After all, we all want to work with people we're on good terms with.
EAT HEALTHY, BE HEALTHY
As a working mom, I need not to neglect and underestimate my health. We should make sure we get enough nutrients and vitamins our body needs. You can be healthy by eating nutritious food and exercising. No time to exercise? Simple walking on your way to your office and not taking escalators (never do this when you're going to be late though :p) can be your daily exercise routine. So aside from the nutrients we are getting from eating, which is not enough, we also need to take daily vitamins for extra protection against sickness.
That's why I am so glad my doctor recommended me FERN-C as my source of Vitamin C. The good thing about this is that it is a non-acidic Vitamin C, immune system booster and anti oxidant and tissue wound healing.
Dosage: For daily maintenance, take 1-2 capsules. For cold symptoms, take 3-4 capsules daily. May be given as is, or dissolved in fruit juices, water, or cold beverages of choice. FERN-C may be taken even on an empty stomach.
I've been taking this for 2 years now and believe me, I haven't use much of my Sick Leaves! :)
